Outlets in Paris: The 2026 Guide

Last updated: October 30, 2026. Every item below comes from the numbered source (as of 30/10/2026), unless the source shows another date. Stores, hours and fares change: look at the official website before you go.

1. Overview

• La Vallée Village is the one Brazilians search for most and the one with luxury brands; it is part of The Bicester Collection, operated by Value Retail ^[1][2]. Open every day, 10:00 to 20:00 ^[4].
• The other four have different hours and opening days; see each one in section 2.
• Holiday and special-date hours are in section 2.6.

2. The outlets

2.1 La Vallée Village (Serris)

• Operator: the outlet is part of The Bicester Collection, a network of 12 "Villages"; Value Retail says it built and operates these Villages ^[1][2]. Opened in 2000, with more than 110 boutiques, according to the outlet ^[2].
• Address: 3 Cours de la Garonne, 77700 Serris. Phone +33 (0)1 60 42 35 00 ^[3].
• Regular hours: every day, 10:00–20:00; on Saturday, October 31, it opens at 09:00 and closes at 20:00 (as of 30/10/2026) ^[4]. The website only shows dates up to 15/11/2026. The outlet says it is open every day of the year except December 25 and May 1, so it is closed on 25/12 ^[4]. For holidays, see section 2.6.
• Luggage storage: a luggage drop-off service costs €10 a day and covers 1 to 4 bags; it is free for members (section 8) ^[5].
• Parking and taxis: free parking ^[8]. Valet parking only on weekends and public holidays, at €20 per day ^[5]. There is no taxi rank; the Concierge desk will call a car for you ^[5].
• Getting there: see section 2.7.
• Stores (sample from the official directory, consulted on 30/10/2026): Acne Studios, Balenciaga, Burberry, Chloé, Christian Louboutin, Fendi, Givenchy, Gucci, Jacquemus, Longchamp, Loro Piana, Moncler, Prada, Saint Laurent, Valentino Garavani, Versace and Zadig&Voltaire ^[12].
• Tax: 20% TVA already included in the price; détaxe from €100.01 in a single boutique, with your original passport (section 4) ^[5][11].

2.2 One Nation Paris Outlet (Les Clayes-sous-Bois)

• Operator: the website is published by ONE NATION PARIS SAS ^[18]. According to its "about" page, the center belongs to the Catteau family group (Catinvest) and opened on December 4, 2013 ^[17].
• Address: 1 rue du Président J.F Kennedy, 78340 Les Clayes-sous-Bois. Phone +33 (0)1 72 87 90 11 ^[16]. Website: onenation.fr.
• Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00–20:00; Saturday and Sunday, 10:00–20:00 (as of 30/10/2026) ^[14].
• Parking: free, with 1,250 spaces ^[15].
• Getting there: see section 2.7. The website does not mention a shuttle ^[14].
• Stores (sample from the brand menu on the official website, consulted on 30/10/2026): Calvin Klein, Claudie Pierlot, Galeries Lafayette L'Outlet, Guess, Lacoste, Levi's, Maje, Michael Kors, New Balance, Ralph Lauren, Sandro, The Kooples, The North Face, Tommy Hilfiger and Zadig & Voltaire ^[13].
• Tax: centralized détaxe at the reception desk for non-EU residents, from €100.01 in purchases made the same day or in the following two days, in one or more stores in the center ^[15].

2.3 Marques Avenue L'Île-Saint-Denis

• Operator: the Marques Avenue network ^[19][23].
• Address: 9 Quai du Châtelier, 93450 L'Île-Saint-Denis. Phone 01 42 43 70 20 ^[19].
• Regular hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00. Closed on Sundays, except for the special openings in section 2.6 ^[20][21].
• Parking: free ^[22].
• Stores (sample from the official shopping guide of October 2026): Caroll, Charles Le Golf, Delsey, Etam + Undiz, Gérard Darel, IKKS, Jack & Jones, Kusmi Tea, Levi's, L'Oréal Outlet, Schott and The North Face; Adidas and Nike with kids' collections only ^[23].
• Tax: the center offers détaxe ^[22]. General rules in section 4.

2.4 Marques Avenue Corbeil-Essonnes (A6)

• Operator: the Marques Avenue network ^[24].
• Address: 2 rue Jean Cocteau, 91100 Corbeil-Essonnes. Phone 01 69 22 12 12 ^[24].
• Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00; Saturday, 10:00–20:00 (as of 30/10/2026). Sunday does not appear in the published hours ^[24][25].
• Parking: free ^[24].
• New stores (announced in the center's agenda, as of 30/10/2026): Timberland, Joyce and Forestland ^[25].
• Tax: the center offers détaxe ^[24]. ⚠️ Unverified / check before you go: the outlet's website gives no public-transport directions and no December hours. Look at the official website or call 01 69 22 12 12 before you go.

2.5 Usines Center (Paris Nord 2, Gonesse)

• Operator: not stated on the website.
• Address: 134 av. de la Plaine de France, ZI Paris Nord 2, 95500 Gonesse. Phone 01 85 08 35 50 ^[26].
• Regular hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00; Saturday and Sunday, 10:00–20:00 (as of 30/10/2026) ^[26].
• Size and stores: this is a small outlet. Its store page lists 24 stores (as of 30/10/2026), including adidas, Levi's, Puma, Samsonite, Schott, DIM and Orchestra ^[29]. Set your expectations accordingly: it is much smaller than La Vallée Village, which has more than 110 boutiques ^[2][29].
• Tax: détaxe from €100.01 in one or more stores in the center, combining purchases over up to 3 consecutive days ^[27].

2.6 Holidays and special dates (November and December 2026)

• Usines Center: has not published holiday or December hours ^[28].

⚠️ Unverified / check before you go: La Vallée Village has not published its year-end hours yet; the website only shows dates up to 15/11/2026 ^[4]. One Nation, Marques Avenue Corbeil and Usines Center have not published December hours ^[13][25][28]. Look at each outlet's website closer to the date.

2.7 Shuttle, bus and train to the outlets

• La Vallée Village — RER A: get off at Val d'Europe station, turn right and cross the Val d'Europe shopping center; the outlet is a few minutes' walk away ^[7]. The Ticket Métro-Train-RER, at €2.55, is valid (section 3) ^[31].
• La Vallée Village — Shopping Express: the outlet's own bus, leaving from Hotel Pullman Paris Bercy (1 rue de Libourne, 75012), near Cour St Émilion station on metro line 14. The outbound bus leaves at 09:00; the return leaves the outlet at 14:30 (half day) or 18:45 (full day) (as of 30/10/2026) ^[9]. Online booking is required, up to 2 hours before departure; no tickets are sold on board ^[9]. The price appears during booking ^[10].
• La Vallée Village — TGV and Disney hotels: TGV trains stop at Marne-la-Vallée–Chessy station. Guests at a Disneyland Paris hotel can take a shuttle for €6 round trip for adults and €3 for children from 3 to 11, according to the outlet ^[6].
• La Vallée Village — by car: via the A4, exit 12.1; the outlet says it is about 40 minutes from Paris ^[8].
• One Nation — Transilien line N: from Paris-Montparnasse station to Villepreux-les-Clayes. From there, a 10-minute walk, or bus 5101 (as of 30/10/2026) ^[14]. The train accepts the Ticket Métro-Train-RER; the bus requires a separate Ticket Bus-Tram, because the train ticket does not allow transfers to buses ^[30][31].
• Marques Avenue L'Île-Saint-Denis: metro 13 or 14 to Mairie de Saint-Ouen and, from there, bus 237 to the "centre commercial" stop; or buses 166 and 137, Marcel Paul stop. If you arrive on the RER D at Saint-Denis, cross the bridge on foot or by T1 tram and take bus 237 ^[20]. The bus also requires a Ticket Bus-Tram ^[30][31].
• Marques Avenue Corbeil-Essonnes: the website gives no public-transport directions (section 2.4).
• Usines Center: RER B to Parc des Expositions and bus 20 to the "Centre Commercial Paris Nord 2" stop (as of 30/10/2026) ^[26]. The bus requires a Ticket Bus-Tram ^[30][31].
• Airports: the Ticket Paris Région <> Aéroports costs €14 (reduced fare €7; fares since January 1, 2026) and is valid for metro, train or RER trips to or from Charles de Gaulle airport (RER B) or Orly (metro 14 or Orlyval). It is not valid for trips that include a bus or tram (as of 30/10/2026) ^[32]. The regular Ticket Métro-Train-RER is not valid at airport stations ^[31]. None of the outlets publishes a route from the airports.

3. Getting around Paris: IDFM fares (since January 1, 2026)

Official Île-de-France Mobilités fares ^[30][31][32], confirmed by Service-Public.fr ^[33]:

• Ticket Métro-Train-RER: €2.55 (reduced €1.30). Valid on metro, RER and train throughout Île-de-France, with transfers for 2 hours without leaving the network; not valid on buses, trams, Orlyval or at airport stations ^[31].
• Ticket Bus-Tram: €2.05 (reduced €1.05) ^[30].
• Ticket Paris Région <> Aéroports: €14 (reduced €7) per trip; not valid for a round trip on the same ticket ^[32].
• Navigo Jour (all zones): €12.30 per day, excluding the airports ^[30].
• Paris Visite (includes the airports): 1 day €30.60; 2 days €45.40; 3 days €63.80; 5 days €78 (adult) ^[30].
• Where to keep your ticket: single tickets are loaded on your phone (IDFM app) or on a Navigo Easy card ^[31][32].

4. Tax on purchases (France): TVA and détaxe

• TVA (French VAT) is 20% and is already included in the price on the tag ^[36]. On a €120 tag, €20 is TVA (1/6 of the price).
• Who qualifies for détaxe: people aged 16 or over who live outside the European Union and stay less than 6 months in France/the EU; purchases must be for personal use and travel in your luggage ^[34].
• Minimum amount: more than €100, tax included, in the same store or the same store chain, adding up purchases made over at most 3 days ^[34]. The outlets say "from €100.01" ^[5][15][27].
• In the store: the store is not required to offer détaxe. When it does, it asks for your passport and gives you the export form (bordereau de vente à l'exportation); without it there is no refund ^[34].
• At the airport, before checking your bags: validate the form at a PABLO kiosk (French forms with a barcode) or at the customs desk. Bring the form, your passport, the goods and your boarding pass ^[34][35].
• Deadline: validation must happen before the end of the third month after the month of purchase ^[34][35].
• Connection in another EU country: if you leave the EU through another country (for example, with a layover at another European airport), that country's customs validates the form, and the stamped form is mailed back to the French store ^[34].
• Who pays the refund: the store or the refund company it uses (at La Vallée Village, Global Blue or Planet), not the French government ^[11][34]. La Vallée Village itself says the refund recovers only part of the TVA ^[5]; the outlets do not publish the fees charged by the refund companies.

5. News and updates

• November and December 2026: Marques Avenue L'Île-Saint-Denis opens on the Sundays of November 22, November 29, December 6, December 13 and December 20 and on the November 11 holiday; it closes early on December 24 and December 31 and is closed on December 25 ^[21].
• November 1 and November 11, 2026: One Nation opens from 10:00 to 20:00 on both holidays ^[13].
• November 11, 2026: Marques Avenue Corbeil-Essonnes opens on the holiday, from 10:00 to 19:00 ^[25].
• New stores (agenda as of 30/10/2026): Marques Avenue Corbeil-Essonnes announces the new Timberland, Joyce and Forestland stores ^[25].
• October 2026: Marques Avenue L'Île-Saint-Denis published a new shopping guide with its store list ^[23].
• January 1, 2026: new transport fares in Île-de-France; the single metro, train and RER ticket went up to €2.55 and the airport ticket costs €14 ^[30][33].

6. Taking it home (Brazil's Receita Federal allowance)

This section applies only to travelers who live in Brazil. If you live in another country, check your own country's customs rules before you travel. Duty-free allowance: arriving in Brazil by air or sea, each traveler has an allowance of US$ 1,000 in goods, granted once every 30 days. The allowance is individual and non-transferable: you can't combine it with family members' allowances. Duty-free purchases made when leaving Brazil or abroad may count toward this allowance ^[37]. Duty-free on arrival: there is an additional allowance of US$ 1,000 for purchases at the duty-free shop of the first airport of arrival in Brazil ^[37]. Over the allowance? Anything above it pays 50% import duty. Declare it through e-DBV and go through the "Bens a Declarar" (goods to declare) channel. Anyone who goes through "Nada a Declarar" (nothing to declare) with goods that should have been declared is fined 50% of the amount over the allowance ^[38]. Quantity limits: for goods over US$ 10, the limit is up to 20 units, with no more than 03 identical items; for goods under US$ 10, up to 20 units, with no more than 10 identical items ^[37]. For information only; it does not replace the Receita Federal's Guia do Viajante. Check the current rules before you travel.

7. Paying: IOF and exchange rates (cards issued in Brazil)

• This section applies only to travelers who live in Brazil and use cards issued in Brazil. If you live in another country, check your own bank's fees and rules.
• IOF of 3.5% on purchases abroad with an international credit, debit or prepaid card. The rule is art. 15-B, item VII, of Decreto 6.306/2007, as worded by Decreto 12.499/2025 ^[39][40].
• Legal status: in the consolidated text, this item carries the notes "Vide Decreto Legislativo nº 176, de 2025" and "Vide ADC nº 96" ^[40]. The STF (Brazil's Supreme Court) reinstated Decreto 12.499 in a preliminary ruling on 16/07/2025 ^[41]. ⚠️ Unverified / check before you go: the rates may change by decree or by an STF decision. Check before your trip.
• Statement exchange rate: the conversion into reais must use the rate of the purchase date. The bank may only use the rate of the payment date if you expressly agree to it ^[42]. For each purchase, the statement must show the amount in foreign currency, the amount in U.S. dollars, the conversion rate and the amount in reais ^[43].

8. Official rewards programs

• La Vallée Village — membership: the outlet's loyalty program, with three levels based on stars (one star per euro spent, when you scan your personal code at purchase). Purchases made before signing up don't count ^[5]. One published benefit is free luggage drop-off ^[5]. We don't publish coupons or member discounts.
